IU Health Arnett Physicians seeks a Family Medicine physician to practice in a rural medicine community team-based care in our Otterbein Family Medicine Clinic. Otterbein is a short 15-minute drive from West Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University)

Qualifications
- US BE/BC in Family Medicine
- MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
