IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly collaborative Emergency Medicine team in Lafayette and Monticello, IN! 

Position Details:

  • Full-time or Part-time (open to 0.6-1.0 FTE)
  • Shifts will either be 10a-10p or 2p-2a at Arnett Hospital or 11am-9pm at White Hospital
  • Goal is 2 weekends off per month
  • Team includes 21 physicians and 8 APPs
  • Time split between Arnett Hospital and White Memorial Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently in different areas of the Emergency Department including triage and main department. 
  • Provide emergency medicine and observation medicine care for patients of all ages and presentations in a demanding, collaborative environment, with varied acuity.
  • ER procedures.
  • Focused on compassionate care, team, purpose, and excellence in an ever-evolving clinical arena

Qualifications:

  • ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • Open to new graduates
  • Emergency medicine or critical care background NP/PA background preferred
