Key Responsibilities:
- The Neonatal APP Clinical Director will be 50% clinical and 50% administrative with overall responsibility and accountability for

- Clinical and professional practice and performance
- Interprofessional collaborative practice and teamwork
- Professional and leadership development
- Scheduling and staffing
