Position Details:

  • Full-time position with rotating schedule shared equally among team
  • Outpatient care at the Coleman Center for Women
  • In-hospital births & triage care at the Methodist Hospital and Riley Hospital for Children
  • Procedures include, but not limited to:
    • Vaginal delivery
    • Episiotomy with repair
    • FSE/IUPC
    • LARC placement

  • Onboarding can be expected to be 3-6 months

  • Management of Labor & Delivery Triage in an academic health center

  • 15-20 admissions per week
  • Inpatient rounding on a team of hospitalized patients
  • Complete H&P and initiate workup and treatment of new admissions

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of advanced provider experienced preferred
  • Previous experience in inpatient medicine or hospital medicine preferred

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Certified
  • 1-3 years experience required
  • 3-5 years experience in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred
  • Master’s Degree required
  • Understanding of reporting rules and regulations for Occupational Medicine
