Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the supervision of operational and personnel activities within the AAHC Hospitalist Team.  
  • Supports bi-directional flow of information between the APP team and leadership.  
  • Participates in workforce development including recruitment, selection and onboarding.  
  • Provides mentoring, coaching and constructive feedback to APP providers. 
  • Participates in the development and implementation of service line based protocols and procedures.

Ideal Candidate/Clinical Background:

  • Strong knowledge of Hospitalist operations
    • Demonstrates a deep understanding of daily Hospitalist workflows, patient flow pressures, interdisciplinary coordination, and APP scope, allowing for sound decision making and effective support of team needs.
