IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking an APP Team Lead to join our collegial and urban Emergency Medicine team at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN!

Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • 18 hours per month of clinical release time for administrative duties
  • Rotating schedule, various shift times include days, evenings, and nights
  • 1-3 weekends per month are expected; holiday rotation
  • Average of 226 ED visits/day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Lead responsibilities include scheduling, team member oversight/evaluation, process and protocol development, process improvement, etc. 
  • Work independently in different areas of the Emergency Department including the main ED and observation unit.
  • Provide care for level 3, 4, and 5 ER patients. Will care for level 2 in collaboration with attending once proficient. 
  • Perform bedside ER procedures

Qualifications:

  • FNP, ACNP, or PA certifications required
  • Emergency Medicine APP experience required
  • Leadership experience (preferably formal management of a team in a supervisory or team lead rolerequired
