As a major referral facility, we are responsible for the evaluation and care for nearly 1,000 children annually. Clinical specialists focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care including (but not limited to) meningitis, pneumonia, Kawasaki, fevers, Osteomyelitis, HIV, infections in immunocompromised hosts, HSV, Lyme disease, histoplasmosis, tuberculosis, and other related diagnosis. Our physician teams have a strong culture of collaboration with other pediatric specialty and surgical divisions. Recent significant growth includes increased outpatient clinic footprint, and additional inpatient services for primary infectious disease, general consults, and immunocompromised consults.

Indiana University Health Medical Group and the Indiana University School of Medicine Division of Pediatric Neurology is seeking a Pediatric Neurologist with advanced clinical training in Stroke, Vascular or Cerebrovascular, to care for patients at Riley Hospital for Children. Serving patients throughout the Midwest region, our team provides specialized care for children through 18 years of age with the latest acute and chronic stroke care, medical and interventional treatments.
Our Pediatric Stroke team is a collaboration between our Pediatric Neurovascular Surgeons, Pediatric Neurointensivists, and Neuro-Interventionalists. Our neurology team consists of 16 child neurologists, 5 APP’s, and additional specialists. The Indiana University & IU Health Neuroscience Institute also provides research opportunities and collaboration for basic, translational, and clinical research.
The successful candidate will enjoy work/life balance with an equally shared call schedule and professional fulfillment with responsibility for clinical service as well as resident and fellow education, and CME presentations. Collegial and supportive provider team; mentorship; faculty appointment within Indiana University School of Medicine.
Qualifications:
- BE/BC and ability to be licensed in the state of Indiana
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Neurology; Vascular, Cerebrovascular or Stroke

IU Health Ball Memorial in Muncie, IN is currently seeking supplemental Pediatric Hospitalists
- PRN pediatric hospitalist with variety of schedule options including but not limited to:
- Weekends
- Week nights
- 100% inpatient, in-house coverage
- Inpatient pediatric patients observation, normal newborns
Minimum Qualifications
- Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
