Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • Rotating Schedule
  • Primarily days for the administrative piece of the position
  • Nights, weekends, days, as needed clinically

  • Procedures performed: Endotracheal intubation, umbilical vessel catheterization, lumbar puncture, peripherally inserted central venous catheter, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion, paracentesis, pericardiocentesis, infant exchange transfusion, intraosseous cannulation
  • Team includes 10+ physicians and 60+ APPs

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Neonatal APP Clinical Director will be 50% clinical and 50% administrative with overall responsibility and accountability for

  • Interprofessional collaborative practice and teamwork

  • Accepting experienced providers-Experienced in Level III care with very low birth weight infants, preterm infant, term newborns, delivery experience, proficient at procedures, family centered care.

  • High risk delivery service and neonatal transport service
